Free Plan
The PhishShield Free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment. There are no charges to cancel and no refund requests applicable to the Free plan.
14-Day Free Trial
All new paid subscriptions (Pro plan) begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment is charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged for the first billing period.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days within a monthly billing period. After cancellation, you retain full access to the Platform until the end of the period you have paid for.
Exception: if you experience a confirmed service outage exceeding 24 continuous hours caused solely by PhishShield infrastructure failure, you are eligible for a pro-rated credit for the affected period. Contact billing@phishshield.in within 7 days of the incident.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of your annual billing date, you are eligible for a full refund of the annual amount paid.
After 30 days from the annual billing date, no refund is issued for the remaining subscription period. You retain access until the end of the annual term.
Annual subscribers who upgrade to Enterprise mid-term will receive a pro-rated credit toward their Enterprise contract.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
- Annual subscription cancelled within 30 days of billing — full refund.
- Duplicate charge due to a billing system error — full refund of the duplicate amount.
- Charge made after confirmed cancellation — full refund.
- 14-day trial charged before trial expiry — full refund.
- Service outage credit (see Monthly Subscriptions above) — credit applied to next invoice.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-period (access continues until period end).
- Annual subscriptions cancelled more than 30 days after billing.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Failure to use the Platform during the subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with features that were described in our public documentation at time of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@phishshield.in with the subject line 'Refund Request' and include:
- Your registered email address.
- Your organization name.
- The Razorpay payment ID (found in your billing dashboard or payment confirmation email).
- The reason for your refund request.
We will review and respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact billing@phishshield.in first — most billing disputes can be resolved quickly and directly.
Enterprise Contracts
Enterprise plan refunds and cancellation terms are governed by the individual contract between PhishShield and the Enterprise Customer. Contact your assigned Customer Success Manager or sales@phishshield.in for Enterprise billing queries.
